1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), placing an order, or submitting content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

T21 Vibes, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at lease 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian or legal representative to make purchases on this Site.

3. Products & Services

T21 Vibes, LLC may sell custom-made apparel, including items printed using designs uploaded or selected by customers. Once purchased, all orders custom-produced and made to order.

4. Third-Party Production Partners

We partner with third-party providers, including MyDesigns, to print, produce, and/or fulfill certain products. By Placing an order, you acknowledge that:

· Your product may be produced and shipped by MyDesigns.

· Production timelines, printing standards, and certain restrictions are governed by MyDesigns’ printing guidelines.

We do not control MyDesigns’ processing times, equipment or service availability.

5. User-Uploaded Content

Customers may upload images, artwork, or text for use on custom products. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

· You own or have the legal right to use the content.

· The content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

· The content does not include prohibited material, including but not limited to:

o Hate speech or discriminatory content

o Explicit or pornographic content

o Threatening or violent imagery

o Unauthorized copyrighted images (e.g. logos, celebrities, characters)

· You grant T21 Vibes, LLC permission to print, reproduce, and process your content for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates these rules or MyDesigns’ guidelines.

6. Order Processing & Production Times

All items are custom-printed. Production time begins after your order is submitted and payment is received. Production timelines vary based on workload, product type, and MyDesigns’ capabilities.

Production times are estimates and not guarantees.

Delays caused by our print partner, shipping carriers, weather, or other external factors do not qualify for refunds.

7. No Cancellations

Because all items are custom-made: Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

8. Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping estimates provided at checkout are approximates and may vary. We are not responsible for:

o Carrier delays

o Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

o Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring address accuracy.

9. Returns, Reprints & Order Issues

Because items are made to order, all sales are final except in cases of damage, defects, or incorrect times.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

1. You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

2. Email info@t21vibes.com with:

a. Your order number

b. Photos of the product and the packaging

c. A description of the issue.

We will then submit a claim to MyDesigns for review. Approval for reprints or refunds is based on MyDesigns’ policies.

We cannot process returns or exchanges for:

· Size preference issues

· Minor color variations

· Minor printing variations typical of garment printing.

· Customer-uploaded content errors

· Delays outside our control

Reprints, when approved, are mailed at no additional cost.

10. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, shipping rates, promotions, or product offerings at any time.

Payments must be completed at checkout. Failed or fraudulent payments may result in order cancellation.

11. Intellectual Property

All non-customer-supplied designs, graphics, logos, and content on this Site are either licensed or the property of T21 Vibes, LLC and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, T21 Vibes, LLC is not liable for any:

· Lost profits

· Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

· Shipping delays

· Printing variations inherent to custom production

· Issues caused by customer-uploaded content

Your exclusive remedy for any issue is limited to a replacement or refund as described in our reprint policy.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless T21 Vibes, LLC from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising from

· Your use of the Site

· Your uploaded content
